For those who prefer a small, neighborhood feel, this is it. Single family homes line the streets. But you don't want to miss Murray and Forbes avenue. Walk to locally owned bakeries, delis, pizzerias, toy shops, froyo shops, record stores and eclectic restaurants. Catch a film at The Manor Theatre, play pinball at the Squirrel Hill Cafe (known to locals as "The Cage") or watch a game at Silky's Sports Bar and Grill.
The universities take minutes to get to by walking, shuttle or bus. Take a short bus ride to visit North Oakland's Schenley Park, Phipps Conservatory or The Carnegie Museum. Sometimes parking on Squirrel Hill streets can be difficult, so take advantage of our garage parking.
Squirrel Hill is both a fun neighborhood and quiet place to call home.
